Vincenzo Montella is happy Antonio Di Natale will be fit to face Giuseppe Rossi in Udinese-Fiorentina.

The two teams clash at the Stadio Friuli on Sunday at 14.00 GMT, click here for a match preview.

“It will be a dangerous game against a team that is fired up. Udinese will play to 100 per cent of their capabilities,” said the Viola Coach in his Press conference.

“I hope my side will be focused on the task ahead of us and not think about the table.”

Di Natale is back in the Udinese squad after an injury and it’ll be a battle of the hitmen with Rossi.

“They are both strikers with excellent technique. Di Natale plays more along vertical lines, even if he has learned to take other approaches over time. He’s excellent at playing on the edge of the offside trap and lives for the goal. Rossi scores plenty, but he also focuses on other aspects of the game.

“I expect to encounter a few booby traps in this game, as Udinese can force their opponents to play badly and strike with two quick forward passes to slice you open.

“The statistics say we are becoming more ruthless, but we can still do better at converting more of our chances into goals.”

Mario Gomez was given the clinical all-clear from his knee injury this week, but is still not in the squad.

“Gomez was not called up because he hasn’t trained with the team yet and I cannot make plans around him,” explained Montella.

“I have to see and evaluate him with the others. Besides, someone of his stature needs time to get into shape.”
