Sevilla director of sport Monchi admits they “knew it would be complicated” in a Champions League group with Juventus.
They host the Bianconeri this evening and must win with Borussia Monchengladbach failing to get the victory at Manchester City in order to snatch third place.
“When we saw the draw, we knew this would be a complicated group with Manchester City, Juventus and Borussia Monchengladbach,” Monchi told Mediaset Premium in Italy.

“When we saw the draw, we knew this would be a complicated group with Manchester City, Juventus and Borussia Monchengladbach,” Monchi told Mediaset Premium in Italy.
“We wanted to continue this Champions League adventure, but that is beyond hope now and so we want the Europa League. It would be a great objective and a concrete one too.
“Unai Emery (pictured, ndr) is a prestigious Coach and we hope he will continue with us for many years. He has a contract for next season.”
