Milan are preparing themselves for a €30m bid from Monaco for Mario Balotelli, it has been claimed.

BeIn Sports have revealed this afternoon that the Rossoneri are braced for a big-money offer from the French side for their Italy international.

Tuttosport had claimed on Friday that the Diavolo could be willing to swap Balotelli for Radamel Falcao over the summer.

But the Al-Jazeera-owned station has insisted that the Ligue 1 team are ready to spend big on the former Manchester City man, with the Colombia goalscorer preferring a switch to a club playing Champions League football.

Falcao has endured a terrible time on the French Riviera, injuring his cruciate ligament just six months into his career in Ligue 1, and missing the World Cup.

The ex-Atletico Madrid man is thought to want a move away from France, but prefers a team in the Champions League over San Siro.

Despite that, Monaco’s interest in Mario is not over, and will go all-out to bring him after the World Cup.
