According to Corriere di Bologna, Bologna have slapped a €13m asking price on Masina.
The 23-year-old had been linked with Sevilla, but the Spaniards have “given up” on a deal.
That would pave the way for Monaco to make their move as they look to bulk up their left-back options after selling Benjamin Mendy to Manchester City.
