Continuing those talks this morning, however, the duo are reported to have ended their meeting without an agreement reached for the 25-year-old winger.
It is understood that beyond failing to agree on the amount of cash to be paid for Biabiany, the clubs have disagreed over terms of ownership for players being sent to the Ducali in exchange.
Cristian Zaccardo was reportedly being put forward by the Rossoneri for a permanent return to the Ennio Tardini, with Riccardo Saponara also rumoured as involved in an initial loan deal to Parma, with an option in the summer to turn that into a co-ownership.
However, Parma are believed to have been pushing for more cash than the Rossoneri have offered, and for full ownership of Saponara rather than Zaccardo.
Talks are understood to currently be at a standstill, but are anticipated as set to reopen later today. The Italian market closes at 11pm local time, 10pm UK time.
Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi is reported as having arrived in Milan this afternoon, in an attempt to unblock negotiations.
