The Rossoneri are in danger of missing out on Europe altogether for a third season in a row, but the daughter of President Silvio is aiming higher.

“I’d like to see Milan in the Champions League final,” Berlusconi told CNN.

“It’s my father’s dream, and that of all the fans. I was two years old when my father bought the team, I grew up as a Milanista.

“I’ve always lived alongside the players, following the ambitions of my father and that need to ‘win’. [Frank] Rijkaard used to squeeze my cheeks, there was a really positive atmosphere.

“Milan have always been a big family.”

Barbara Berlusconi is in charge of the commercial sector for the Diavolo, and explained her approach.

“I want to give Milan the chance to become a club with different income streams.

“I wanted Casa Milan to show our history and celebrate our successes, giving fans the opportunity to visit our headquarters and admire our history.”
