Sampdoria have announced they have sold their share of Andrea Poli to Milan, but signed Bartosz Salamon outright.

Both players had previously been co-owned by the Blucerchiati and the Rossoneri but the Genoa club have now confirmed this is no longer the case for either of them.

As a result, 24-year-old Poli will now become a permanent fixture at San Siro while Polish international Salamon will continue at the Luigi Ferraris.

“UC Sampdoria SPA announce it has acquired the sole sporting rights of the player Bartosz Salamon,” a Samp statement reads.

“In the same way, it has sold the sporting rights of the player Andrea Poli to the Rossonero club.”

Milan have also confirmed the double deal has gone through.
