Milan have apparently offered Giampaolo Pazzini to Premier League club Crystal Palace, so as to avoid reinforcing a Serie A rival.

Pazzini has not been part of Coach Filippo Inzaghi's plans this season and is increasingly being linked with a mid-season exit as his contract comes close to expiry.

On from links to Burnley and Crystal Palace this week, the Evening Standard report that the Rossoneri have in fact offered Il Pazzo to the latter.

This is reportedly in an effort to offload the striker's surplus salary without strengthening their domestic competitors.

The Standard reports that the striker may be tempted by the move, but Palace Coach Neil Warnock is not persuaded yet.
