Milan have reportedly presented to Valencia an offer of €3.8m to sign Adil Rami on a permanent deal.

The Rossoneri picked up the France international from Los Che on an initial temporary basis midway through last season and are now seen as eager to sign him outright.

However, unwilling to pay the full €7m initially agreed as a purchase clause, the Diavolo are reported as having now presented to Valencia officials an offer of €3.8m for the 28-year-old.
