The Rossoneri went into the international break after a terrible 4-0 defeat to Napoli, and will now be looking to raise themselves up again.

“Against Torino we'll be facing a very difficult game,” he told Tuttosport. “They're a team in a good condition, with a consolidated game.

“We'll have to be more concrete, even at the cost of sacrificing something in terms of beauty.

“[Coach Giampiero] Ventura? I never had him as a Coach so I can't speak by direct experience.

“But you can tell his teams have a very clear sense of the game, they're always concrete, solid, and they don't allow much to their opponents.

“That's why I know it's going to be such a difficult game for us.

“We have to improve in many things, so many that it's hard to point your finger at one isolated problem alone.

“But it's a logical consequence for a team that changed so much, including the Coach.

“We must follow [Sinisa] Mihajlovic and work hard, the way we're already doing, so we can fix the details and all the rest.

“But there's no feelings of discouragement among us, on the contrary. The group is confident and wants to get out of this situation.

“We're emerging from a bad defeat, which was heavy for the environment. We know it's down to us to set a new course.

“As for my own condition, I'm doing better, but I still have to improve.”
