Reports from England suggest that Milan are seriously considering submitting an offer for Manchester City full back Kyle Walker.

The 32-year-old Englishman has seemingly started to fall out of favour with Pep Guardiola in the northwest of England and is no longer considered a first team regular by the Premier League giants.

Walker’s contract expires with Manchester City in 2024 and the club have not given any indications of a new deal, making him an interesting idea for many clubs in the summer.

As reported by The Times, Milan are interested in picking up Walker, believing he could compete with Davide Calabria for a starting spot in Stefano Pioli’s squad, and are considering submitting an offer to Manchester City in the summer.

The Citizens paid around £52m for the English defender back in 2017, but his market value could be as low as around €15-20m.

Calabria is an important part of Pioli’s Milan squad but injuries have limited him to just 1204 minutes of Serie A action this season.

  1. Milan are never going to pay 15-20m for a soon to be 33 year old. Not to mention the fact he currently earns more than any Milan player.
