Milan could reportedly bring in Brazilian midfielder Arthur on loan once he has completed a permanent transfer to Barcelona.

Barca are thought to be close to signing Arthur from Gremio, and Calciomercato.com cites Spanish sources, which say the 22-year-old is being lined up for an immediate loan to Milan.

The Catalans already have three non-EU player on their books, while the Rossoneri are entitled to two non-EU signings per season.
