However, the website warns the Rossoneri will have to spend €8m if they are to beat competition from other sides in Italy and Europe.
The 18-year-old broke through for Chievo last season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in 10 appearances for the relegated Flying Donkeys.

Although partly of Brazilian extract, Vignato represents Italy at youth level and is primarily a No 10, although he can play on either wing.
Barcelona have also been linked with the attacker, as have the likes of Juventus, Inter and Roma.
Milan have made it clear that they are now targeting young players with potential, as seen by their similar pursuit of 18-year-old defender Ozan Kabak.
