Milan took an early lead, lost Giacomo Bonaventura to injury and fell apart in a 2-1 defeat to Udinese, but Rodrigo De Paul could’ve seen red.

It had all started so well for Vincenzo Montella’s side at the Dacia Arena, Bonaventura’s hook and volley putting them ahead.

However, the midfielder went off with a suspected thigh strain and the Friulani turned it around.

Just before De Paul got the winning goal, he probably should’ve been sent off for a terrible challenge on Mattia De Sciglio, but got away with a yellow.
