Therefore the club was dumbstruck when Balo posted a picture of himself on Twitter and Instagram pointing a rifle straight at the camera with the phrase: “Big kiss to all the haters.”
He later deleted the tweet, which came the day after a mass shooting in Texas which killed six people, including four children.
