The Italy international’s future in the capital is in doubt after a difficult season and plenty of speculation that he’s on the way out.

FC Inter News have reported today that the Nerazzurri and their city rivals Milan will be the principal teams battling it out for the winger’s signature this summer.

The outlet writes that they will look to make an offer that Aquile President Claudio Lotito will be happy with, although this will be difficult.

Lotito had initially demanded €30m for Candreva, but the report says this figure is bound to drop as neither club will be willing to shell out so much for a 29-year-old.

Inter will reportedly set their limit at €20m but could add a player in exchange as well to ease negotiations.

Candreva is Lazio's top scorer this season with nine goals in all competitions across 37 appearances.
