TeleRadioStereo and Antenna 3 transfer pundit Davide Russo de Cerame claims this evening that negotiations are at an advanced stage for the 21-year-old Dutch talent, who already has three senior caps for his country.

The deal would be on loan for six months with option to buy at the end of the season for a further €20m.

Bergwijn had already been linked with a Serie A move for Milan’s city rivals Inter in recent months.

He contributed 10 goals and nine assists in 25 competitive games for PSV this season.
