Milan coach Stefano Pioli won’t attend a pre-match press conference today due to mild flu symptoms, it’s reported.

The Rossoneri visit Udinese at the Dacia Arena on Saturday, but the Italian tactician won’t meet the media ahead of tomorrow’s match.

It kicks off at 19.45 UK time.

According to Milannews, Pioli has mild flu symptoms, so his pre-match press conference has been cancelled.

However, the 56-year-old should take charge of today’s training session at Milanello and be on the bench in Udine tomorrow night.

Milan are the Serie A table leaders with 38 points in 16 matches, one more than their city rivals Inter.

They have been eliminated from the Champions League, finishing bottom of Group B with one win and one draw in six matches.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is expected to start against Udinese tomorrow as Ante Rebic, Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud are still injured.

The former Chelsea striker could return to action against Napoli on December 19.
