Milan have reportedly agreed a deal with Real Madrid for Diego Lopez and now only need to find agreement with the goalkeeper.

Reports in recent days have placed the Rossoneri as fast closing in on the 32-year-old, who looks set to leave the Santiago Bernabeu following Madrid’s signing of Keylor Navas as competition for Iker Casillas.

Whilst Milan Channel listed negotiations with Los Blancos last night as ‘on-going’, the Gazzetta dello Sport believe a provisional agreement with the European champions has been reached.

It is reported that Adriano Galliani has received a yes from President Florentino Perez for a permanent transfer ‘costing virtually nothing’.

Now the San Siro side are seen as only needing to reach contract terms with the former Villarreal and Sevilla ‘keeper.

Lopez is believed to be currently pushing for more than the €2.5m salary the Rossoneri have placed on the table.

Tuttosport suggest the Spaniard’s demands are for a three-year deal worth €4m per season.
