Giovanni Martusciello does not believe Empoli are getting the results that their performances deserve.
The Azzurri slumped to a fourth loss in six Serie A matches this season on Sunday, going down 2-0 at Lazio.
“Unfortunately we put a lot in but don’t get much back,” Martusciello lamented following defeat at Stadio Olimpico. “Through bad luck and a lack of precision we don’t manage to consolidate.”
Despite the loss, the Coach did stress he is pleased with the attitude shown by his team in the face of adversity.

“The result hurts a lot but I liked the reaction of the team to negative things that have happened.
“We had some chances against a good team like Lazio. It’s a shame, because the reaction of the team pleased me.”
