This morning’s Corriere dello Sport states that, along with the Greek, Paris Saint-Germain’s Marquinhos is one of the top targets.

The French club are not keen to sell the 22-year-old, but the Brazilian is not likely to renew his contract, which expires in 2019, potentially opening the door for the Beneamata.

Similarly, Manolas is unlikely to renew with the Giallorossi, so they will look to sell him in the summer.

The capital club would ask for around €40m, a figure Inter can’t meet this month but may be able to invest in the summer.

Stefan de Vrij, however, is seen as a very difficult objective as Lazio President Claudio Lotito is keen to sell him to the Premier League rather than strengthen a rival.
