The Champions League clash between Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus will be officiated by Polish referee Szymon Marciniak.
It kicks off at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday at 19.45 GMT and the first leg ended 2-2 in Turin.
UEFA have assigned Marciniak to the game, assisted by Pawel Sokolnicki and Tomasz Listkiewicz, with additional referees Pawel Raczkowski and Tomasz Musial.
The fourth official is Radoslaw Siejka.
Marciniak’s record with Juventus is largely positive, having won three and lost only once.

The lone defeat was to Sevilla in the 2015-16 group phase, but he oversaw victories over Malmo, Olympique Lyonnais and most notably the 3-0 success over Barcelona in last season’s quarter-final.
Marciniak held the whistle when Tottenham drew 1-1 with Real Madrid at the Bernabeu back in October, awarding a Cristiano Ronaldo penalty to equalise.
That was the only time he crossed paths with Spurs, but overall only one English side lost out of six games and that was Wigan Athletic, along with a draw and four victories.
