Claudio Marchisio trained with the Juventus squad today, so he’s available for Tuesday’s Coppa Italia semi-final against Fiorentina.

The first leg saw the Viola emerge 2-1 winners in Turin and the decider is at the Stadio Franchi on Tuesday evening.

Marchisio picked up a knee injury during international duty last week that at first was feared to be a torn anterior cruciate ligament, but later scans showed no serious damage.

He was not risked for the 2-0 win over Empoli last night, but did take part in today’s full training session.

Coach Max Allegri pointed out Marchisio would be available against Fiorentina, though Andrea Pirlo and Paul Pogba are still sidelined.

Arturo Vidal hobbled off in the final minutes of the victory over Empoli, but it was just a knock to the ankle.
