Roma defender Kostas Manolas says ‘we need the support of our fans’ and compliments the ‘tough’ Luciano Spalletti.
The Greece international has been an integral part of the Giallorossi’s side this season, as they challenge Napoli for second place with one round remaining.
“I’m doing really well at Roma,” Manolas told Roma Radio.
“When you win you are calm, when you lose you’re under pressure. That’s the world of football.

“I’m doing really well at Roma,” Manolas told Roma Radio.
“When you win you are calm, when you lose you’re under pressure. That’s the world of football.
“I watch all football: The Premier League, La Liga…In Greece I also watch the derbies: Olympiakos-Panathinaikos is rather like Roma-Lazio.
“This year the fans have been missing and this isn’t good for the team. We need the support of the public.
“I have a good relationship with all Coaches. Spalletti is just like the others, he wants to win, he must do his work and be harsh.
“If he isn’t like that, the players realise straight away and it becomes a mess. He’s doing well, we need a tough Coach.
“Since I first saw [Antonio] Rudiger I understood that he was a strong player. It isn’t always easy to be great from the start after changing leagues.
“He’s young, he has the character to become a champion, if he continues like this he can become a great player.”
