The FIGC has confirmed that the one-match ban given to Udinese’s Rolando Mandragora for blasphemy will stand.

Udinese had appealed the decision to rule Mandragora out of Sunday’s match against Fiorentina, but the FIGC wrote in a statement that his suspension had been upheld.

It has also been claimed that the young midfielder was demoted to Italy’s Under-21 squad for his conduct.
