The tactician has praised the ability of Ljajic, but has also warned the on-loan Roma man that he must be more consistent.
“I wasn’t like that when I was 25, I was like that when I was 16,” Mancini told Calciomercato.

“I wasn’t like that when I was 25, I was like that when I was 16,” Mancini told Calciomercato.
“I can understand everything, but since he has great qualities he should be a great professional, because a football career is over quickly.
“A lot of the time quality players aren’t focused on that. He must focus on making the most of his ability, making himself available for the team.
“He has to concentrate for two or three hours a day, it’s not very strenuous.
“A player with his qualities who throws them away would be a huge loss to football.”
