However, in an interview with Calciomercato, the former striker admitted that he’d love to lead the Azzurri in future.

However, in an interview with Calciomercato, the former striker admitted that he’d love to lead the Azzurri in future.

“As far as I’m concerned, if one day that national team job comes it would be the crowning achievement in the career of a Coach who has led great teams,” Mancini said.

“Clearly it’d be a great honour, the national team doesn’t happen to everyone, and it doesn’t come up often.”
