Inter Coach Roberto Mancini warns Mauro Icardi must improve, and says he bears no ill-will toward Dani Osvaldo.
The Argentinian striker is the Nerazzurri’s top scorer this season, but has attracted controversy after arguing with Ultras and then refusing to celebrate a brace.
“Icardi is a great lad, and just as easy to manage as all the others,” Mancini told Sky.

“Icardi is a great lad, and just as easy to manage as all the others,” Mancini told Sky.
“He’s a young striker who has to improve, but he has that essential quality – he can score.
“We ask him to do that, but he knows that he must also improve his participation in the build-up and his movement.
“A classic striker is about more than just scoring goals, and there are certain facets of his game he can improve, but he’s working on it.
“He has a very good scoring record, if he can improve it’s to his advantage.”
Mancio also discussed the departure of Dani Osvaldo, who has joined Boca Juniors on loan for five months after falling out with the Coach.
“It’s now in the public domain, something happened that didn’t need to happen, but it’s not because it happened to me.
“I have nothing against Osvaldo, he came to me, we spoke and we shook hands.
“I hope he does well at Boca, there are just some cases where something happens and you can’t go on.
“Osvaldo has quality, he will determine his future. He has a great opportunity now, I hope he’ll come back to Italy.
“Is he like Balotelli? They are different people, I don’t know Osvaldo well, we only knew each other for a few weeks.
“Mario needs time, I congratulate him for his goal, he has shown he can be great and with time I think he can get back to that level.”
The former Manchester City manager also adressed Claudio Lotito’s comments, saying he will be cheering for Carpi now.
“I’ll be cheering for Carpi and Frosinone.
“Everyone has the right to try to get to the top and I hope that continues in Italy. The football in England is different."
