Manchester United have joined Arsenal in chasing Italy Under-21 international Daniele Rugani, who is frustrated at Juventus.

The centre-back played every single minute for Empoli last season and was the only Serie A player to achieve that without a single yellow card.

Yet since moving to Juve over the summer, he has been given only one bit-part appearance for a couple of minutes.

Napoli have already knocked on the door multiple times and want Rugani to reunite with his old Empoli Coach Maurizio Sarri.

The Premier League sides are lining up now, as Manchester United join Arsenal in expressing interest for the defender, according to The Mirror newspaper in England.

If the Bianconeri are to release Rugani in January, it will most likely be on loan so he can get playing time ahead of Euro 2016.
