Romelu Lukaku says he is ‘really happy’ to have finally joined Inter from Manchester United.
Antonio Conte finally got his man on Thursday as Inter sealed a deal for Lukaku in the region of €75m.
“I’m really happy to be here! Thank you for the support. Forza Inter,” wrote the striker on Instagram.
The Belgian also thanked United in a Twitter post, including Coach Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer, despite reports their relationship had become strained.

The Red Devils returned the favour in a 76-word statement, which included no comment from the 26-year-old or anyone at Old Trafford.
A move to Serie A had long been in Lukaku’s sights, while Juventus saw a proposed swap with Paulo Dybala collapse just days ago.
