There is good news for Inter, as Romelu Lukaku and Roberto Gagliardini are back in the squad and should be on the bench against Viktoria Plzen.

The Nerazzurri need a win to be sure of qualification for the Champions League Round of 16.

Lukaku has been out of action for six weeks and saw his return from that thigh strain repeatedly postponed due to fear of a relapse.

He has finally started working with the rest of the squad in training and should be on the bench for Wednesday’s decisive match against Viktoria Plzen.

So should Gagliardini, but when it comes to Marcelo Brozovic, Inter and coach Simone Inzaghi are going to have to wait a little bit longer for his comeback.

Edin Dzeko was rested initially against Fiorentina in the 4-3 thriller last night, but is expected to start upfront with Lautaro Martinez.

Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan should once more form the midfield with Nicolò Barella.
