The Turkish club have been linked with a move for the Nerazzurri stopper for a couple of weeks now and are allegedly outlining the final details of a bid.
In the coming days Lucio will reportedly sign a two-year contract worth a total of €5m, but the transfer cannot be completed until Fenerbahce have agreed to pay Inter a small amount of compensation.
The Nerazzurri, coming off the back of a disappointing season, are happy to offload some of their highest earning players if they are able to bring in younger replacements.
Lucio, at 34, is no longer seen as a vital player for Inter and his departure could raise funds to lower the average age of the squad.
