Lotito is a vehement supporter of the Serie A campaign resuming after the coronavirus pandemic, with Lazio second in the standings and only a point behind league leaders Juventus.
“We’re not talking about my battle, we’re talking about being aware of the risks that exist if the season doesn’t restart,” he told TG Regione.

“We’re not talking about my battle, we’re talking about being aware of the risks that exist if the season doesn’t restart,” he told TG Regione.
“Those who oppose it clearly don’t know what they’re talking about. Football’s an industry that generates tax revenues, over €1.2bn of them, so we must consider the consequences if we don’t restart.
“I hope my team will pick up from where they left off, with the same determination and willingness to achieve certain objectives.”
