Multiple sources in Italy claim Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek will land in Italy this evening and undergo his medical with Milan on Thursday.

The Rossoneri have reached an agreement with the Blues for the English midfielder who will have his medical with the Serie A giants at the Clinica La Madonnina on Thursday, according to Sky Sport Italia and Milannews.

Milan will pay circa €21m, including add-ons, to secure the services of the 27-year-old.

He is expected to replace Sandro Tonali, who is on the verge of joining Newcastle for €70m plus add-ons in a transfer worth circa €80m.

Chelsea and Milan remain in talks for Christian Pulisic, but Milan don’t want to spend more than €15m for the USMNT international, while the Blues have set his price tag at €25m.

Wolves winger Adama Traore is the latest right winger linked with a move to the Stadio Meazza with the Spaniard, who can join on a free transfer after the end of his contract on June 30.

If Loftus-Cheek passes his medical, he will become Milan’s second summer signing following Marco Sportiello, who was announced on Wednesday.
