Lazio, on the other hand, draft in Patric and Alessandro Murgia, while bringing back No 1 goalkeeper Federico Marchetti and top goalscorer Immobile, with Thomas Strakosha, Dusan Basta, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Filip Djordevic making way.
The two sides last met little over a month ago in Serie A, when Inter put three past Lazio without reply on December 21.
The winners of this tie will face either Roma or Cesena in the Coppa last four.
