New Valencia owner Peter Lim is set to decide what figure is acceptable for Milan to purchase Adil Rami.

The France international spent the second half of last season on loan with the Rossoneri and after a series of impressive performances is wanted by the club on a full-time basis.

Spanish paper Superdeporte claims that the Diavolo’s option to buy Rami for €7m has expired and an offer of €4m was rejected.

The sports daily believes that the transfer will eventually happen – perhaps as early as this weekend – but Lim will set the defender’s price.

Gazzetta Dello Sport say that now Pippo Inzaghi has been confirmed as Clarence Seedorf’s replacement, Adriano Galliani can focus on transfers, with Rami among the deals on the agenda.
