Leicester City are believed to have made a £10m (€12.7m) offer for Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina.

According to The Guardian, Claudio Ranieri was impressed by the 22-year-old’s few performances in his debut Serie A season.

The player joined from Olympique Marseille on loan with option to buy, which Juve activated in May for €9.5m.

He still managed to score two goals in just 10 Serie A appearances, including one against Napoli.

Leicester’s first choice is Nampalys Mendy of OGC Nice and they are making the same offer for his signature.

Being in the Champions League next season and potentially losing N’Golo Kante to Chelsea or Paris Saint-Germain, Leicester will need more than one reinforcement in that area.
