Daniele De Rossi’s Roma will be hoping to keep up the pressure in the fight for fourth with a win away to Lecce.

The match between the Salentini and the Giallorossi kicks off at 17.00 UK time at the Stadio Via del Mare in Lecce.

Roma have continued to shine since the arrival of De Rossi in the dugout back in January, winning seven of their last nine Serie A matches. The run has put them hot on the heels on fourth place Bologna, entering the Easter weekend three points behind Thiago Motta’s side.

The Giallorossi are without the injured Rasmus Kristensen, Leonardo Spinazzola and Sardar Azmoun. Paulo Dybala is also in doubt due to a muscle issue, whilst Lorenzo Pellegrini is unavailable through suspension.

Things have been far more difficult for Lecce in recent months; the Puglian outfit have managed to pick up just eight points in their last 13 league outings, and sit just three points clear of relegation candidates Frosinone.

The Salentini cannot count on Mohamed Kaba, who is out with an injury, and Lameck Banda is also unlikely to feature due to a knee problem.

When these two teams met back in November, Roma edged out a 2-1 win over Lecce after goals from Azmoun and Romelu Lukaku.

Probable line-ups for Lecce vs Roma

Lecce (4-3-3): Falcone; Gendrey, Baschirotto, Pongracic, Gallo; Blin, Ramadani, Oudin; Almqvist, Krstovic, Piccoli.

Roma (4-3-3): Svilar; Karsdorp, Mancini, N’Dicka, Angelino; Cristante, Paredes, Aouar; Baldanzi, Lukaku, El Shaarawy.
