Suso’s free kick and a Fabio Borini goal on assist from debutant Rafael Leao allowed Milan to beat Feronikeli 2-0 in Kosovo.

This was an historic occasion, as the Rossoneri played in Pristina, Kosovo, against local side Feronikeli. Rade Krunic had his first start and Andre Silva came in for Krzysztof Piatek.

Hakan Calhanoglu forced a save and Andre Silva went for the header when he should’ve left Suso’s cross for Krunic in a better position.

Suso has impressed in the new trequartista role and scored yet another excellent free kick in this pre-season, curling into the top corner.

Samu Castillejo arrived late to a Suso cross, but it was all change for the second half, including Rafael Leao making his debut upfront. Curiously, although Lucas Paqueta came on, it was Jack Bonaventura who slotted into the trequartista position.

It worked well, as Bonaventura created a good chance for Paqueta and Piatek had a goal ruled offside.

Debutant Leao made an immediate impact with an assist, his cross from the left finding Fabio Borini sliding in at the back post.

Bonaventura set up Andrea Conti and almost found the net himself with a curler, but Conti saw his deflected strike bounce off the crossbar.

Moments later, Feronikeli also rattled the frame of the goal, as Antonio Donnarumma pushed the Rexha scorcher on to the woodwork.
