Lazio have reportedly extended Libor Kozak's contract until 2015 after he emerged as their star striker.

The young Czech had been a bench-warmer and ready to leave on loan in the January transfer window.

The club's failure to find a suitable big name replacement prompted him to stay on and Kozak became one of their top scorers.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Lazio are rewarding him with a new contract extension from 2013 to 2015.
