Lazio transfer official Igli Tare has responded to questions about possible bids for Keisuke Honda and Milos Krasic.

The capital club have been linked with both players this month and the former striker admits that his outfit are looking to strengthen.

“Honda has everything that is needed to be a Lazio player,” Tare told Sky Sport Italia when asked about the CSKA Moscow player.

“We know perfectly well what we need to do between now and when the transfer window closes. We are looking to sign an important player and not just any old player.

“We’re certainly in no panic.”

Lazio have made CSKA an offer for the Japanese midfielder, but there is a difference of opinion when it comes to his valuation.

The Biancocelesti want to sign him on loan at a cost of €2m, with an option to net him outright for around €10m in the summer.

CSKA are said to want something in between €14m and €16m.

Meanwhile, the Olimpico outfit have also been paired with Juventus winger Milos Krasic.

“He’s a good player who has quality,” the Albanian continued. “I don’t know why he isn’t performing for Juve, but he’s an important player.”
