Lazio have put in a request to take Nabil Bentaleb on loan from Tottenham Hotspur, it’s reported.
The Daily Mirror suggests the Aquile have contacted Spurs with the proposal.
It would be a new experience for the 21-year-old Algeria international.
He is under contract with Tottenham until June 2020 and has been at the club since January 2012.
Last season he made only five Premier League appearances, four in the FA Cup and two in the Europa League.
