Valentino Lazaro is expected to have his Inter medical next week after a €21.5m plus €3m bonuses deal was struck with Hertha Berlin.
The 23-year-old Austria international plays on the right side of midfield, defence or attack and was purchased from RB Salzburg for €7m.
Lazaro scored three goals and provided seven assists in 31 Bundesliga games this season, while he also has one goal in 19 senior caps for Austria.
According to Sportitalia, he will be in Milan next week to undergo a medical and sign the contract.
