According to Italian reports, Dejan Kulusevski has already undergone part of his Tottenham Hotspur medical before flying to London with Juventus teammate Rodrigo Bentancur.

Former Bianconeri director Fabio Paratici struck the double deal with his old club, effectively bringing over two players he had helped sign in the first place.

Kulusevski will be on an 18-month loan for €5m with obligation to buy for a further €35m, depending on Tottenham qualifying for the Champions League and the Swede playing at least half their games.

According to Sportitalia and the Gazzetta dello Sport pundit Alfredo Pedullà, Kulusevski decided to save time and have part of his medical tests in Turin.

He is expected to fly out with a private jet to London this evening, so he can complete the transfer to Spurs tomorrow morning.

Bentancur is going to join Tottenham on a permanent transfer for €19m plus €6m in add-ons, although Juve owe Boca Juniors a 30 per cent cut of the fee for the Uruguay international midfielder.
