Italy’s crunch Euro 2016 qualifier with Croatia will be officiated by Bjorn Kuipers on Sunday.

The fixture is due to kick off at San Siro in Milan on Sunday at 19.45 GMT.

Both teams have won all of their group games so far and go head-to-head at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

Kuipers is a Dutch referee who officiated Italy’s 2-1 World Cup win over England this summer.

He was also handed the Champions League Final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in May.

His assistants will be Sander van Roekle and Erwin Zeinstra, with additional referees Paulus van Boekel and Richard Liesveld.

The fourth official will be Mario Diks.
