The Juventus injury crisis is intensifying, as Milos Krasic will be out for a month and Nicola Legrottaglie for six weeks.

Both players limped off with muscular problems during the midweek 0-0 Europa League draw with Salzburg.

Krasic has been diagnosed with a thigh strain in his left leg and is not expected back on the pitch before a 25-day lay-off.

It is a huge blow for the Serb, who was only playing in Europe because he was sitting out a two-match Serie A ban for simulation.

Defender Legrottaglie has an even worse setback, as he suffered a second degree thigh strain in his right leg and will be out for 40 days.

Juve already have Paolo De Ceglie, Jorge Martinez, Gianluigi Buffon and Leandro Rinaudo out for several months too.

The squad is decimated for Sunday's game against Cesena, also missing Zdenek Grygera, Alex Manninger, Armand Traoré and Davide Lanzafame.

Also in doubt are Giorgio Chiellini, Felipe Melo and Vincenzo Iaquinta.
