But the results continue to delude the fans and another big defeat against 17th-placed Lecce at the weekend has made the fans very critical of the players at the San Paolo.
Koulibaly was one of the main targets after the surprising loss and he wants the club to “react” immediately.
They will get the chance to do so with a trip to Milan for a meeting with Inter in the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia tomorrow.
“We need to react as a real team,” he wrote on social media. “Work and score points. Napoli does not deserve this ranking.”
