The 34-year-old suffered just a minor muscle strain in the match with Roberto Donadoni's men and is likely to be out for the match next Monday against Bologna.
He will be back however as the capital club host the Nerazzurri five days later.
Klose has been in exceptional form this season scoring nine goals in 14 Sere A matches.
