The Swede took Milan’s first penalty kick against Bologna in the Rossoneri’s 2-1 win over the Rossoblu on Saturday.

Ibra missed the spot-kick but Ante Rebic scored from the rebound while Kessié converted a second penalty kick in the second half.

“Ibra is the dedicated penalty kick taker,” the Ivorian midfielder told Sky Sport Italia.

“In the second half he let me kick it, but he is the dedicated spot-kick taker. It depends on him, penalty kicks are more important for the strikers,” he insisted.

“Today’s game was very important, it’s always difficult to play away from home, especially in Bologna. We wanted the three points.”

Who are the most credible title contenders?

“Everyone is in race, but we must go at a higher pace. We must think about ourselves, we must fight until the end and do what the coach tells us.”
