Milan striker Nikola Kalinic is reportedly ‘very close’ to joining Sevilla on loan with a €20m compulsory purchase option.

According to Premium Sport, Milan will shift Kalinic on the same terms that they agreed when signing him from Fiorentina last summer.

The 30-year-old scored just six goals in 41 appearances for the Rossoneri in 2017-18 and was regularly criticised for his poor performances.

The Croatian’s departure would seemingly keep Andre Silva at San Siro for another season, with Milan expecting him to kick on in 18-19.
